On Time Maintenance

Fortifire places a significant emphasis on completing maintenance services on time, in the month that it falls due. Service calls are prioritised, resources allocated and site attendances notified.


Test Records

Test records are available in hard and soft copy formats. Technicians use a range of mobile technology to ensure accurate, detailed and legible test records and schedules of evidence are produced.


Field Service

Reliable and professional service delivery. We invest in our fleet and tools to ensure our technicians can complete their work efficiently and effectively. Our test devices are checked and calibrated regularly.


Communication

We'll keep you informed of our work and help you meet your compliance obligations. Defects identified are recorded in our Maintenance Management System and tracked for resolution.


Product Delivery

Most products that we sell are available for same day delivery or dispatch through our network of suppliers. For our regional customers, we can arrange to supply on our next service or courier if urgent.


Customer Portal

We are working to further improve our service with the addition of a secure Customer Portal. View test history, access test records, log service calls and peruse and purchase products.
